These terms apply to the touchin grass. iPhone app (the “App”) and the touchingrass.app website (the “Website”). By using the App or the Website, you agree to these terms.

1Who we are

touchin grass. is published on Apple’s App Store by the developer named on its App Store listing (“we”, “us”). You can reach us through the Support page.

2Buying the App

The App is a one-time purchase from Apple’s App Store. There is no subscription and no account.

Purchases, payment, Family Sharing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refund requests are made to Apple.

3Your licence

Your use of the App is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the App Store listing provides a different licence agreement.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. We are.

4Using the App

The App helps you plan your day and week. Suggestions such as Balance my day and Balance my week are there to help, and nothing moves until you choose to apply it. You decide what to plan and when.

The App is a planning tool. It is not medical, health, financial or professional advice.

5Your information

Your plans and preferences are stored on your iPhone. You are responsible for keeping your iPhone and its backups.

We cannot access, recover or restore information stored by the App on your iPhone.

6Apple Calendar

Connecting Apple Calendar is optional. With your permission, the App reads events from the calendars you select. It does not change or delete your calendar events.

Calendar events are shown as they are provided by your iPhone’s calendars. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of events from other calendar services.

7Updates and availability

We may update the App to fix problems, improve it or keep it compatible with iOS. Some features may need a supported version of iOS.

We aim to keep the App working well but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

8The Website

The Website explains the App and provides support information. We aim to keep it accurate, but its content may change.

Links to external websites, including Apple’s App Store, are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms.

9Intellectual property

The touchin grass. name, logo, artwork, App and Website content belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, modify or redistribute them except as allowed by law or by your licence to use the App.

10Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for missed appointments, scheduling decisions or lost information resulting from how the App is used.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the App, Website or applicable law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
