Touchin Grass is built around a simple idea: your personal schedule belongs to you.
This policy explains what information the touchin grass. iPhone app (the “App”) and the touchingrass.app website (the “Website”) handle, where it is kept and what choices you have. The Data Protection page explains your rights in more detail.
1Who we are
touchin grass. is published on Apple’s App Store by the developer named on its App Store listing (“we”, “us”). You can reach us through the Support page.
2The short version
- No account, registration or sign-in.
- Your plans are stored on your iPhone.
- No advertising and no advertising profiles.
- No behavioural tracking or visitor analytics.
- Apple Calendar access is optional and read-only.
- No connection to Apple Health.
3Information the App stores on your iPhone
The activities, tasks, repeats and preferences you enter, such as your sleep times, working hours and evenings you keep free, are stored on your iPhone.
We do not operate servers that receive or store your plans. The App does not need an internet connection to plan your day.
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or to a computer, App data may be included in that backup. Backups are managed by Apple and by your own device settings, not by us.
Deleting the App from your iPhone deletes the information it has stored there.
4Apple Calendar
Calendar access is off until you turn it on in the App’s settings. iOS then asks for your permission.
With your permission, the App reads events from the calendars you select so they can appear in your Today and Week views. Access is read-only: the App does not create, change or delete calendar events.
Choices you make about calendar events, such as which type of activity an event counts as, are stored on your iPhone.
You can stop calendar access at any time in the App’s settings or in the iOS Settings app. When access is removed, the App stops showing calendar events.
5Apple Health
The App does not connect to Apple Health and does not read or write health information.
6Purchases
The App is a one-time purchase from Apple’s App Store. There is no subscription.
Apple handles payment. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy explains how Apple handles purchase information.
7Analytics, advertising and tracking
The App does not contain advertising, advertising networks or third-party analytics. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
If you have chosen in iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple may make crash and usage reports available to us. Apple controls this sharing, and you can change it in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security.
8The Website
The Website is a product website. It does not use visitor analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.
The Website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the Website, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used.
Links to Apple’s App Store or other external websites are governed by those websites’ own policies.
9When you contact us
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and the details of your question. We use it only to respond to you and to fix problems you report.
10Children
The App and Website are not designed to collect information from children, and we do not knowingly collect it.
11Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the App or Website changes how information is handled. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
